Rick Fernandes’ professional career began as a senior consultant with Arthur Andersen in its Management and Consulting Division. Rick then held a senior management role with CUC International, an Internet services company. He co-founded and led Webloyalty.com and grew it to become a $300 million business with 500 employees and operations in five countries.
He then became a board member and president of the Affinion Group, and chief executive officer of Affinion International, a marketing services company. He was founder and chairman of HooplaHa.com and serves on a number of nonprofit and for-profit boards.
Rick received his bachelor’s degree from Princeton University in computer science and electrical engineering. He went on to earn his MBA from Harvard University.
